Housing Counseling

LHDC housing counselors provide support with rent, mortgage payments, and housing-related challenges.

iPhone Tutoring

One-on-one VoiceOver training for individuals who are blind or have low vision. Sessions held at Liberty Resources.

Nursing Home Transition Program

We help people with disabilities transition out of nursing homes in Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties to live independently in their chosen communities.

Deaf Social Group (ASL)

Socialize with old friends and meet new people. Discuss current events and learn about Deaf rights. This group is for people who wish to interact through American Sign Language.

Healthy Cooking Class & Finances

Gather around the kitchen table to share tips on budgeting, cooking nutritious food, and taking care of your overall well-being.

LRI Young Men’s Group

LTSS Subcommittee Meeting

The State of Pennsylvania hosts a public Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Subcommittee Meeting every month. These meetings are run by the members of the LTSS Subcommittee, and the states Office of Long Term Living (OLTL) shares program updates.

At each meeting, the subcommittee talks about programs and services that support older adults and people with disabilities. The state also gives updates and information about long-term care services.
