Liberty Resources is a Center for Independent Living serving individuals with disabilities in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties. We are a consumer-controlled, cross-disability organization committed to ensuring civil rights, equal access, and full community inclusion for all.

What is a Center for Independent Living?

CILs are nonresidential, nonprofit organizations run by and for people with disabilities. We provide peer support, advocacy, independent living skills training, and transition services.
