An event every week that begins at 4:30pm on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely
Circuit Training is intended to raise your heart rate and work up a sweat via beginner level interval circuit exercises! This is considered the same level of exercise as Circuit Training #1–so there’s no reason to be scared! Come join us!
Who Can Attend? All staff, Consumers and Attendants are encouraged to attend any of the workouts!
Cost? These classes are free for all staff, Consumers and attendants of LRHC and attendants who accompany any LRI or LCC Consumer. Members of the community who have disabilities are welcome to attend at $10 per class.
What to wear? Comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
What to bring? Water, towel, yourself! (Yoga mats, and equipment will be provided).
Accommodations: If you require an accommodation such as a sign language interpreter, we require 48 hrs notice! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Accessibility: All sessions have been tested for accessibility for people with various ability levels. All classes are inclusive to PWD and individuals who are able bodied.
Capacity: Each class has a 20 person capacity.
Scheduling: RSVP’s are required in order to plan for accommodations. After your first session your email address will be added to the Wellness Rising group–An Event Brite invitation will be sent out on a weekly basis.
