People with disabilities using wheelchairs couldn’t ride public transportation during the 1980’s. Through aggressive activism, advocacy groups, including consumers from Liberty Resources, successfully lobbied for new laws requiring Greyhound buses and other forms of transportation to provide lift-equipped transportation. Now our people can ride!
