THE PHILADELPHIA CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING
ALLENTOWN CSPPPD OFFICE

Liberty Resources' Allentown Office
opened in September 1989. The need for this satellite office resulted from a contract between Liberty Resources and the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare's Office of Social Programs. Under this contract, Liberty Resources provides the services of the Community Services Program for Persons with Physical Disabilities (CSPPPD) to consumers in a large portion of eastern Pennsylvania. The Allentown office serves consumers living in Berks, upper Bucks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, Northampton, and Schuylkill Counties.

The CSPPPD Allentown office
also serves consumers living in the community through the OBRA and Independence, and CommCare Waiver Programs.

The Allentown office provides CSPPPD services only. It does not function as the Center for Independent Living in any of the counties mentioned above. The consumers being served in these counties may receive services from both Liberty Resources and the CIL serving the county in which they live. For a list of CIL's in the Pennsylvania, search our Resource Database.

The Allentown office can be reached at the following:
